RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The User has the right to:
Process the data contained in the ESTHub environment using the software available within the ESTHub environment. The purpose of processing may include educational activities, scientific research, research and development, or prototyping. The processing purposes do not include the long-term operation of a finished product by a private enterprise (e.g., for providing services to third parties).
Request the addition of their own software to the processing environment. By default, such software is accessible only to the user themselves and to the provider for fulfilling contractual obligations, including offering user support. If the user wishes to share their created data and/or software with other users of the ESTHub environment, a license.txt file describing the terms of use must be located in the root folder of the shared material.
Process, reproduce, print, distribute, publicly present, modify, and combine the data contained in the ESTHub environment with other data and information, in accordance with the agreement and applicable legal acts.
The User undertakes to:
Not use the data obtained through ESTHub or their derivatives for purposes other than those specified in the agreement.
When distributing or publicly presenting data obtained through ESTHub, indicate the source of the data and, if the data has been modified, explicitly state this (requirements and templates for references).
Not make authorization credentials providing access to ESTHub available to unauthorized persons. In case the credentials fall into the hands of unauthorized persons, promptly notify the provider, who will issue a new password.
Implement necessary IT measures to prevent the illegal dissemination of data. Promptly notify the provider of any unauthorized data processing incidents or attacks on the information system’s security that come to the user's attention.
Immediately inform the provider of any deficiencies in the operation of ESTHub or visible data issues.
Notify the provider without delay of any changes to the user’s contact information.
The Provider has the right to:
Update and modify the composition of the data available through ESTHub and the functionality of the processing environment.
Perform maintenance work necessary for the operation of ESTHub, including hardware and software updates, which may cause disruptions and downtime in the environment.
Suggest enhancements to the user’s computer configuration and software solutions required for ensuring ESTHub’s functionality.
Suspend the user’s access to the ESTHub processing environment during the investigation of circumstances if there is reason to believe that the environment has been misused or contractual obligations have not been fulfilled. The provider will promptly notify the user of the suspension via the email address specified in the agreement.
Terminate the user’s access to the ESTHub processing environment and cancel the agreement if it is proven that the user has violated the terms of the agreement.
Collect information regarding the user's use of ESTHub, including the user’s IP address, software used within ESTHub, and computational resources utilized in ESTHub.
